Enjoy renting from a private owner whether you are looking for a house or condo. In this market, minimum lease term is 12 months. You will have to pay first month's rent and security deposit (same amount as the rental price), and/or pet deposit at lease signing.

More space, and sometimes extra outdoor space: Typically, a house will provide you with more room inside as well as yard. If you have children, pets, or just a lot of stuff, this could be a huge incentive!

Included Utilities: Generally in condo buildings, some or most utilities are included, which will save you some serious cash.
Zero Yard Maintenance: You won't have to perform any outside exterior building maintenance or landscaping. Most condominiums are professional managed by a management company that takes care of all yard maintenance on the complex on a weekly basis.
Amenities: Most times condos have nicer finishes like hardwood floors, granite counters, upgrades and higher-end appliances than most apartments do.
