House/Condo Leasing


Enjoy renting from a private owner whether you are looking for a house or condo. In this market, minimum lease term is 12 months. You will have to pay first month's rent and security deposit (same amount as the rental price), and/or pet deposit at lease signing.

Benefits when you lease a house from a private owner:
  1. More space, and sometimes extra outdoor space: Typically, a house will provide you with more room inside as well as yard. If you have children, pets, or just a lot of stuff, this could be a huge incentive!
  2. Privacy: Have more freedom in a house without excessive noise through the walls or complaining neighbors.
  3. Parking: Most of the time, renting a home provides you a carport or garage space for you to safely park your vehicles.
  4. Pets: Less restriction on pets and minimal or hardly any monthly pets fees.

Benefits when you lease a condo from a private owner:
  • Included Utilities: Generally in condo buildings, some or most utilities are included, which will save you some serious cash. 
  • Zero Yard Maintenance: You won't have to perform any outside exterior building maintenance or landscaping. Most condominiums are professional managed by a management company that takes care of all yard maintenance on the complex on a weekly basis.
  • Amenities: Most times condos have nicer finishes like hardwood floors, granite counters, upgrades and higher-end appliances than most apartments do.
